Barbell Incline Press
You can do flat, incline or Decline Bench. Flat work mid chest, incline works upper chest and decline works lower chest.
Machine Presses
Good for control and stability with a squeeze at the top.
Peck Flys
Good for stretching out your chest to make wider plus a nice squeeze in the middle.
Dumbell Close Grip.
You can do this flat, incline or decline. Works middle of yours pecs.
Cable Flys
Stretch the pecs and squeeze at the middle; full range of motion.
Body Weight Close Grip
Used primarily for high reps and to burn out your chest. You can do wide grip or close. Just like a push up, incline, decline or flat.
